this week we have been working on a piece of writing for our dads i wrote a recount for my dads about us going skiing so i am going To share it with you hope you enjoy it.
It was a nice clear day at the mountain. You asked if I want to go skiing for the first time tomorrow just me and you and I said YES! It was 6:50 the next morning you woke me up, I was not happy because It was so early, but I got up and got dressed and had breakfast then off we go. TWO HOURS LATER. I start to see snow. We got out of the car and surprisingly it was hot.
We had to walk so far just to get skis, pants and once we got our skis on we got to go on the chairlift and I remember us taking selfies on it . When we got to the ski site we put our bags down and signed me into a class. We had a two hour wait before the group lesson so you taught me some things you were very patient. We went and had lunch. For my lesson you dropped me off at the big blue arch
You met me at the The Magic Carpet and we skied down the hill again and again and again.After a long day of skiing we took back our skis and headed to the car. And made a melted snowman, then a two hour trip home and stopped for chocolate eclairs. I loved spending this day with you Dad. Thank you
